Privacy Policy for The Clock Club and The Midas Touch Club

This privacy policy explains how I, Lorna Mitchell, running The Clock Club, collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit my website at www.trustinnature.co.uk, join my free memberships, purchase £2 credit towards my book and enter my prize draws.

  1. The Information I Collect

I only collect what is strictly necessary to run the club and promotions, which includes:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older.
  • Your payment details (processed securely by Stripe). I never see or store your payment card details.
  1. How I Use Your Information

I only use your data to fulfil our agreement. I do not run a regular newsletter. I will only email you to:

  • Notify you when both clubs have a viable number of members who have joined, so the book credit and giveaway phases can begin.
  • Notify you of upcoming draw dates and updates for both clubs.
  • Announce the members who win the handcrafted clocks from The Clock Club or rewards from The Midas Touch Club prizes and giveaways live on YouTube (using only your first name to protect your privacy).
  • Share occasional updates regarding the free prize draws or book promotion at those same times.
  • Process your £2 credit towards my book or provide your downloadable eBook.
  1. Data Sharing
  • I will never sell your data. I only share your information with the essential services needed to manage the clubs and your book orders:
  • My Web Hosting Platform: Where my website is hosted and your registration details are securely stored.
  • Stripe: My secure payment processor. I never see or store your credit or debit card details on my own servers.
  1. Data Retention & Your Rights
  • I only keep your name and email address while you are a member of the clubs. You can ask me to delete your data or remove you from the clubs at any time by emailing me.
