Welcome to Trust in Nature. This website is owned and operated by me, Lorna Mitchell. By using my website at www.trustinnature.co.uk or purchasing a £2 credit towards my book, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.The Two Clubs & Eligibility

  • Club One (The Clock Club): Joining and access to this club is completely free. Upon joining, you will receive a unique membership number, that doubles up as a ticket for entrance into the free clock prize draws. Once a viable number of members have joined, I will email you the upcoming draw dates. At that point, you can activate your entry to access and join the free clock draws by purchasing a £2 credit towards my book. You can keep accumulating these £2 credits until the clock draws are finished and you have reached the total purchase price of the book. There are no refunds on this book credit.
  • Club Two (The Midas Touch Club): Joining and access to this second club is also completely free. However, to participate in the rewards (cash prizes, giveaways, and launch event), members must purchase the book. These rewards and giveaways are exclusively awarded to book buyers only.
  • Eligibility: You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over to join the clubs or participate in any draws [UK Gambling Act 2005].

2. Live Draws, Giveaways & Targets

  • The Handcrafted Clock Draw: When you buy your £2 credit towards my book, you enter the free draw to win one of my custom handcrafted, 12-inch, radio-controlled, glass rhinestone clocks (valued at £400 each, elegantly gift-wrapped). Winning a clock is entirely separate from my other launch rewards.
  • The Launch Rewards Club Prizes: Active book buyers in the Rewards Club will enter separate free draws for cash prizes, jars of my tooth powders, and invites to my book launch celebration party.
  • Activation & Live YouTube Broadcasts: The paid £2 credit phase and all giveaways will begin once a viable number of members have joined the clubs. I will notify all members via email when this threshold is reached. All draws will be conducted completely free and entirely live on YouTube using a random picker for total transparency.
  • End of Promotion: These promotional giveaways are temporary. They will continue only until all the allocated book credits have been bought, at which point the promotion, the clubs, the draws, and all rewards will end completely.
  • Winner Notification: Winners will be announced during the live broadcast and notified via email within 3 days.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
